Thanks for reply to my queries via email. I am impress with your responsive support. Just for the record, this is not my 1st problem that I asked via email.
Thought I post the problem and answers from CDFront on this forum for the benefit of other users who might encountered the same problem.

I am a CDFrontEnd Gold user. In a publish CD ROM, there is an "Email Option..." when you click on the "?" (between Hypertext and VisualVision).
Question: 1. What is the purpose of this email option?
Question: 2. If user were to key in the Outgoing SMTP server name and email address, where is these info. stored (since you can't store it on the CD ROM).
Answer: This is useful when the CD is a product catalog, and you want to enable your users to send you orders (the shopping cart) by email. The user's data are stored on the MSWindows Registry (the system place where to store data).
Question: 3. Anyway to disable and not display this option?
Answer: There is no way to disable this option. You may hide the menu bar and nobody will ever see it.
