The ebook I want to publish would be usable only if the purchaser can print it, so I would not care if the interested person could see all the ebook. So my question is:
Is it possible to make it ONLY printable to the person who purchase it?

At present no, but there is a little trick. Make two ebooks, one without password with printing disabled (see Hypertext >Current hypertext properties), and another one password protected and with printing enabled. You will supply the printable one (along with the password) only to customers, while you can use the first one as demo. If someone else will require this function (printing enabled just for some users) we will include it in the to-do list for future versions
