When I tried both C&P and importing pages from an MS Word rtf or doc, it appears the hypertext links somehow got lost, although leaving behind the blue underlined text. Is this a problem? Do hyperlinks generally not transfer well?
I assume that if I am creating a new ebook from scratch, it is considered easier to import from a Word doc. I am very familiar with MS Word and find it much more user friendly for composing the content then EbooksWriter.
I'm confused about a few other things. Isn't the TOC normally a separate page, usually the first page after the cover that I would create as another page?
I am also confused about the "Cover" and "Content" icons on the toolbar. When I click "Cover" then does that put it in the mode for creating my ebook cover, then if I click "Content" that prepares it for the body of the ebook? When I clicked either of these two, nothing that I can see happens.
