Hi,
I would like to create a splash page, i.e. a page that is displayed automatically for a set length of time when the .exe file is opened, then closes automatically.
How would i go about doing this please?
By the way, i'm extremly happy with this product A+ guys

A possible way for doing this is to insert within the first page a "show window" component.
First of all, create a new page and put texts/images for the splash screen.
Then go back to the first page and use
Insert >Page function >Open / close windows
setup the window without titles/toolbars so it will look as a splash screen, and point to the page that you created before.
Then go to the splash page and insert a slide feature that points to another page. This page will be empty apart for a "close window" component (insert it with "Insert >Page function >Open / close windows") that will close the popup.
It's a nice trick, isn't it??

There are some great search engines out there. May i suggest you look for a site that you feel warrants your "professionalism".... there can't be very many!

If you’re looking to create a new website that includes an intro page, you can transform this template to suit your needs. Alternatively, you can use it as pure inspiration.
If you want another template, or you’ve already built your website but would like to add in a splash page, you can follow these simple steps:
1.Go to www.wix.com and sign up in minutes - it’s totally free.
2.Select the site that you would like to create a splash page for.
3.From the menu, select Menus and Pages.
4.Select Add Page at the bottom of the window.
5.Rename this page (it will appear under this name in your menu bar), we suggest naming it “splash page” so it will be easy to identify.
6.Design your page as you like using elements such as your logo, text, images or video.
7.Add a button linking to your homepage. Change the label text to something to the effect of “Enter Site.”
