buy now buttons with Pageville

Hi, I'm using the Pageville plugin with Paypal in EasyWebEditor. Everything has gone great, except for the very first button. When the user clicks the Add to Cart button for my first item, it redirects them to the home page and doesn't record the purchase. All other buttons are working as designed. Any idea why the first button is is being a bear? Thanks,

have you tried to delete it and redo it? does the page have frames? maybe they are interefering. we really don't know as this is a Pageville product and not our own. Instead of using it you can always use the codes provided by the PayPal wizard, they can be inserted with Insert >HTML >Within text

Actually I did use the html provided by paypal and still the same. What I ended up doing is putting a view cart button before the Add to Cart buttons so that the first product purchase would work. It does but now I have an ugly text block that reads Pay Securely with PayPal. I can live with it, but don't like it. I wondered if it was because I have a form starting prior to the Add to Cart buttons, that require the user to enter text (buyer information). Throughout the ordering process they quantify what it is they are purchasing because I offer free stuff with some products. Do you think that continuous form intermixed with the Add To Cart buttons isn't playing nicely? Thanks for your response. I appreciate the communication around this.

I also fogot to mention that every time the user orders, with the PayPal Html code, the user is redirected to the Shopping Cart. The user can continue shopping so no problem. The problem is that I have asked the user to enter organizational and buyer information before they order. Each time they go back to the order form, that information is erased.

I'm not PayPal expert, but maybe there is in the paypal wizard an option where you can define the page to go after the add (default seems to be order page) if you find this option and you set another page, probably it works better. as for the other problem, maybe it is similar - it would be interesting to see some paypal forum, maybe there is some stupid solution but we just don't know it....
