Hi all, firstly I must point out I am a technophobe so sorry for my poor descriptions where a useful technical term would have sufficed. I am using 1site which so far had proved trouble free until... now when i go to start 1site a message comes up stating 'Invalid Floating point Operation' and I am unable to go any further. I need to update my website but I am unable. I do not know if the fault is with the software or my computer. Any ideas would be gratefully received regards Tracy

Hi! If you get this message at start, it is likely the AEH file (the work file, the file that contains your website) is damaged. Rename it to something.AEH. (with the MSWindows File Explorer)
Then use the automatic backup file, it is something.BAK, rename it to oldversion.AEH or any other name ending in .AEH, then open it from 1SITE, with File >Open.
You find additional information about the BAK file within another topic.
