Check this if you'll be adding code (or don't like smileys).
To confirm that you are human write OK, uppercase:: (by the way we have several filters in place and we monitor everything, so don't loose time)
shortcuts (IE and NS6 only): hit alt+s to send, alt+p to preview, or alt+r to reset

I hope someone can help me without laughing.
This is my first time doing this. I've been messing around creating pages, linking them, creating frames, and trying to find my way around the program.
Then I created pages using templates, created a background, title, and page names. I tried to link them and found I have tons of pages with the same name. I tried to delete them, and instead they multiplied. Now I have so many pages I am at a loss. Can I delete the program and reload it and start fresh? Or?

maybe you didn't realize that when you create a frameset with 3 frames, these frames are (actually) pages, so you created three pages.
Each frame is a page, and can be reused within different frame set (use the Format > Advanced frameset manager to choose what page is to be hosted into a given frame)
To better understand frames, the best way is to read the Frames Chapter of the PDF manual (and to repeat redo the examples)

I find that I get lots of additional pages called Untitled<number>.
