htm and html what wrong!

help
I can not get the page 0 on hyperPublish to convert to HTML.
It stays in HTM, so when I try to upload to my server the index.html page will not work.
All the other pages convert to HTML.
Also, when building a web page and saving it, why dose it save it in a book format?

for all the pages there is the button "Options" within the FTP dialog.
For the home page, the name is under
Hypertext >Current hypertext properties
second tab, top left (Cover page name HTML)
