Is it possible to prevent material published online with HyperPublish from being copied or printed?

In short, no. The Web was born for sharing information, not for protecting them. If you want to protect information, you can save your work(s) as ebook(s) with http://www.ebookswriter.com , or use CDFrontEnd http://www.cdfrontend.com (it uses the same technology as EBooksWriter). These 2 products can open HyperPublish files.
