>When I go into the "f" folder of my temp file and click on the iper3rd_e application icon shouldn't it launch the "myfile.aeh" page that is also in that folder within the HP reader?
No. It launches a blank page or the last opened file. When you install the CD, the program installs a shortcut to the proper file, under the menu "Start >Programs". A click on the shortcut will launch the actual file.
>Are you saying that when one of our clients installs our CD for the first time he or she will only see a blank untitled iper reader page, and that they'll have to open our index file through "file/open/indexhp.aeh" or reload the CD?
No. This should happen only if you *improperly* configure the Wizard.
As it is more complicated to say than to do, let's see an example
If your main hypertext is called "mickey.aeh", your company is "ACME", your work is called "The Mickey CD", just configure the wizard with these parameters (see image below):
Then save the .wzz file, generate the tmp CD, then burn the CD. This way when the user insert and install the CD, the program will create a menu Start Programs ACME works and then a shortcut "The Mickey CD".
When the user clicks on that shortcut (that is also shown in a window as icon just after the install) OR when the user will insert the CD a second time, it will see your work. This is the normal way the program works.
If I can suggest an additional thing, be sure to always use name without spaces, e.g. "mickey_mouse.aeh" and not "mickey mouse.aeh".
