If you use the publishing wizard (Publish >CDROM), JS won't be supported on CD.
If you need JS for behavior not available within HP, you can export to HTML (File >Export, then select the HTML format) and create an HTML CD.
You will need then a simple text file to autorun the CD (actually the index.htm file). Just create that file with the Windows NotePad and save it as autorun.inf Its content should be
