This is a wide question.
Assumed you already created the site with 1SITE or EasyWebEditor, please press F1, click on "Tutorials" and then choose "Internet FTP publishing".
It will be long to repeat the tutorial here.
And useless as you can find it online (all the video manual is online) at:

The PDF manual might also help (see the program's main web site, right side menu).
