I am interested in kowing if multiple users can edit the document at the same time. We have different groups creating different parts of our manual. any work arounds would be helpfull as well. Thanks in advance Jim

No. The usual work around is to use different AEH files. You can insert links between different AEH file (Insert >Link, then second tab; or maybe the third tab and use the keyword iper: e.g. iper:thefilename.aeh|123 for linking thefilename.aeh page 123
