???  This is all new to me and I am trying to find the examples mentioned in Help.  How do I do this?  Thanks.

The help contains some tutorials, F1 then "tutorials".
You find some AEH files in the es_aeh directory.
You may use the FIND function of the MSWindows "Start" menu, just search for *.aeh
