:'( In EWE I set the frames to be resizable, so that when a person browsing the site can move the dividing line to the left if they want to view the right frame in a larger frame. When I get out of the "Edit" mode into the "Operating" mode, the frames will change when I move them.

Then I publish the files to a folder, and using FTP, upload the html pages to the website, and when I view the website I cannot move the frame line to make more room for the frame on the right.

This DRIVES ME NUTS!!! What is wrong? Please help soon! I have uploaded over and over and over and can't make this work.

With "Format >Advanced frame set manager" make sure that all frames of the frameset are "resizable" (click on each frame and check).
Additionally the border must be non zero.
