Title: linking files Post by mikrodoctor on Nov 27th, 2003, 8:27am I am trying to links 2 files created with EWE. I want to make 1 site so the files need to link together. I am assumming that I will link the last page of file1 to the 0 page of file2 is this correct? Do I need to change the name of page 0 of file2 so that is not thought of as index? |

Title: Re: linking files Post by Support Staff on Nov 28th, 2003, 10:24am First of all, be sure that the "prefix" field in the two AEH file is different. You find the "prefix" option into the "Hypertext >Current hypertext options" dialog (first tab, on the left, center). Then to link pages from two different hypertext you can use a direct link by using hard file names (Insert >Link, 3rd tab) or there is amore simple solution that's using "Insert >Link", 2nd tab :) |
