Title: stretching tables

I have filled some tables with text, but upon browsing find the bottom paragraph needs to be nearer the bottom of the page.
If I put my cursor in the table, and push the paragraph and the table edge down to where it looks correct on my browser, is this doing bad things for viewers with other settings?
