Just curious why the 1sitepdf.pdf manual would be so large (64MB).

Because the images are not JPEG compressed.
This permits a better ZIP compression, so the ZIP file of the manual is just 2MB or so.
This overall optimization permits you to download a smaller file (this is very useful for people with a 56K modem, where 2MB and 7MB are very different!!)
