Title: Problems with form/file box Post by TexasRanger on Mar 18th, 2004, 8:25am I am using 1Site to create a form that emails information. I would like to allow users to send photos using the form. I try to insert a Form Element/File Box, and it creates the box on the form. But when I right-click on the box and select "Properties", it shows up as a combo box! When I test the form, the file box shows up automatically with a "Browse" button, and that works properly, but the form simply sends the full file path as text via email. |

Title: Re: Problems with form/file box Post by Support Staff on Mar 18th, 2004, 4:01pm The "file" box works only if you send the form to a script that does implements the so called "HTTP upload". Please refer to the HTTP RTF (www.w3c.org) or ask to your host... we can't do server scripting support. If you don't understand the terms used above, this means you need a tech - these things are not simple. |

Title: Re: Problems with form/file box Post by TexasRanger on Mar 19th, 2004, 7:11am Thanks, I'll download a Perl script. I have a CGI-BIN directory on my web server, so hopefully, I'll be able to implement an upload script... |
