:-/ Well I bought the full version of Easy Web Ed... it appears to work fine till I try and upload...

I get the message 'Error' 'unable to establish data connection, #error 331'... sounds like it means my net access isn't working but it is... (600K BB), I checked my FTP server name and my password they're both ok too...

New to web page design... any help or suggestions would be most appreciated...

Please hit F1, then Frequently Asked Questions.

Most common FTP problems:
1) wrong server name (usually error 500 or so)
2) your firewall hardware or software incorrectly configured (or antivirus); usually error 500 or 33x
3) wrong username and/or pass (usually error 530)
4) it publishes but you don't see the site or the modifications (in this case you are publishing in the wrong folder, please set up the initial folder or "initial remote directory" )

PS: A less frequent problem: your host / ISP does enable you to publish only if you connect through their phone lines / their POP (this is for some dial-up access).
