How compatible is this catalog software with Microsoft Access?  We have 800 pages which we would like to transfer.  Is that possible, or do the entries have to be made all over again?  Also, is it possible to keep the updates in MS Access and then import?  
What about paper cataloges?

No, you can't import automatically things from Access. The possible formats are too many.
HyperPublish is a stand-alone program for creating catalogs. You find all what you need inside the product.
