hello, I have recently received HP trial. I created an image in paint shop pro 5, and for some reason I can't import or open it from HP, I can even pull it up in the "open" menu and it seems to have been converted to an .aeh file but a box comes up and tells me that it had a reading error. I'm not sure if this makes sense or not, but hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me. john ???

What format are you saving your PS Pro images in ? If you are saving them as PSP files then I suspect that will be the problem. Try saving them as JPG or GIF files.

As suggested, try saving in GIF or JPEG, then use "Insert >Image" within HyperPublish, and click the disk tab.

You may also use clipboard copy and paste (select the whole image, Edit >Copy in PSP, then go in HP and use Edit >Paste or SHIFT+INS).
