I need to have a page with ths shtml extension. In Publish Internet / Options I can change the pages extensions, but only for all pages.

I did that and then published only the page I need with the shtml extension, but then the referencing from other pages was lost.

Is there a way to change the extension just for one page ( it is a page I use in a frame ) ?

Does changing all pages to the shtml extension and publishing them that way have any negative "side-effect" ???

To force the publishing for all pages, press the ALL button (bottom left) before publishing.

Most server doens't require .shtml for enabling SSI (server side includes).

Actually this was required on old systems to minimize the system CPU load. Now your server is at least a 2GHz Penthium or AMD and a server side include is just penauts...
