How does one delete a page completely? The best I can do is mark it as not for export

The menu item has now been renamed to

"Hypertext > Image files link archive and erase"

then you click on the "Pages" tab.

You choose one (or multiple) pages, then you hit the DEL key on the keyboard.
Or you may also click the Trash button.

P.S. The page "0" can not be deleted.
