I'm currently using build 3.9.100.224.   Two questions:
1. is there a more current version?
2. when a newer version is available, how are users made aware of it and where do they download it?

That's a good question! I have version 3.10.115.230
Just what is the latest version and where do we get it? How notified...?

Some years ago we continously announced upgrades.
Now we are a bit overworked so usually we do announce just major updates (on the mailing list; you can subscribe on www.paperkiller.com or on www.visualvision.com).
If there is a bug correction the registered users do get a free upgrade.
If the upgrade is a regular upgrade we usually charge a fee.
